Leveraging the latest technology
Our waterproof coated fabric is highly durable, extremely fade-resistant and designed to stand up to even the most challenging conditions. A thin coat of PVC is extruded onto a fabric polyester weave base cloth. This material is very strong and is waterproof at the same time. Extremely versatile, it is usually used on umbrellas, covered walkways, smaller pavilions, carports and awnings, ensuring that you can cover more of your property.
The support system (i.e. poles, footings etc.) are of a stronger construction as compared with shade cloth systems. This is due to the fact that no wind build-up can escape from the non-porous membrane, whereas with shade cloth, up to 70% of wind forces can dissipate through the cloth.
